Position: Print Production and Fulfillment Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Print Production and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing our customers' visions to life, from the initial design phase to the final shipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Design Preparation and Printing:
• Preparing and setting up designs for printing.
• Operating and maintaining printing equipment to ensure high-quality prints.
• Pressing designs onto t-shirts and other garments, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Carefully packaging orders to ensure they are ready for shipment.
• Handling the shipping process, ensuring orders are sent out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Custom Orders Management:
• Assisting both online customers and walk-in clients with their custom orders.
• Gathering necessary information and design preferences from clients.
• Providing accurate quotes and timeframes for custom orders.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a printing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
